You can purchase a license by visiting the purchase page of our website, after you purchased our products you will receive a license key via email within 24-48 hours
Can I give my license to my friend if I want not use it anymore?
You can't, All FTPRush FTP client licenses are NOT transferable!
Can I distribute my license key?
You can not to distribute a license key because of it is expressly forbidden by our license agreement and may be punishable by law
Does my license key expire?
Generally, when you purchased FTPRush FTP client, you get free updates and upgrades as well as email support for lifetime.
Should I keep a copy of my license key?
We strongly advises you to keep a copy of your license key, your license key is needed when you encounter a problem with your computer and need to reinstall.
What different between ANSI and Unicode version?
Ansi version is for MS Windows®98/Me/NT4/2000/XP/2003, and Unicode version is for MS Windows®NT4/2000/XP/2003
I can not connect to SSL FTP server, always say "Protocol not supported(10043)"?
this message tell you there have no OpenSSL dll on your system. please download OpenSSL DLL and unzip to your FTPRush directory or System32 directory of windows
Why I can not see unicode format directory in FTP server?
1. make sure you are using the FTPRush unicode version
2. make sure the FTP server supports UTF8, RaidenFTPD and G6FTPD support UTF8 feature
3. make sure the font of "remote/local/queue" is unicode font, "tahoma" is recommended
